Are the Services provided obtained directly from the source or through a Third Party?

Most of our products have a direct source - schools, employers, courts, police, and other repositories from government and commercial sources. We are the third party receiving information from our client regarding a subject who has given consent for the specific verifications, references, searches, and checks to be included in their background check. We use that information to give the source a request for information. Results from the source are then reviewed and then included in a report back to the client.
