No, we do not currently have call caps. Please be assured all means of communication are used and follow-ups are made consistently. We keep chasing the source until we get the verification or establish that it’s impossible to get.
Please note, International verifications can sometimes be much more like negotiations. If we have not received a response we will deliver an unresponsive report. Verifications with organizations that ultimately prove to be uncooperative or unresponsive are much more costly than successful verifications as the number of attempts to get the verification are increased. As we are attempting to provide a verification, not an investigation, please supply as much contact information relating to the organization as possible.
