How to Pay Invoice by Credit Card
Here are your options for paying with a credit card:
Add a credit card to your profile: This is the most convenient option. Simply add your card details to your profile and choose it as your preferred payment method during checkout. There's no additional service fee for using a credit card compared to paying by invoice.
Pay an existing invoice by credit card: If you already have an invoice and prefer to pay by credit card, a 3.5% processing fee will apply. To do this, please follow these steps:
Send an email to accounting@owens.com.
Include your invoice number in the email.
Request a payment link for the specific invoice.
The accounting team will then add the 3.5% processing fee and send you a secure payment link to complete your transaction.
